December 18, 2006 was a great day for the
shareholders, directors and management of Rockcliff Resources
Inc. The Company completed a Tier 1 listing on the Toronto
Venture Exchange under the symbol RCR. This achievement gave our
shareholders the opportunity to participate in a publicly run
company focused on growth. Rockcliff is extremely privileged to
be blessed with outstanding people, a strong and loyal
shareholder base and an exceptional property portfolio which
hosts deposits rich in copper, zinc, gold and silver.
Our goal is simply to become mine finders.
Our unwavering belief in that goal is based on the understanding
