Dave Constable, BSc., MBA., Chairman of the Board and Director
Dave’s industry experience is extensive and wide ranging with
over forty years experience as an exploration geologist and in
senior management roles across North and South America,
south-east Asia and Australia. Dave is a certified director
(ICD.D) and an experienced director of junior mining companies
such as Aquiline Resources (acquired in 2009 by Pan American)
and Moly Mines (successfully financed by Hanlong of China). He
is currently Chairman of U3O8 Corp., a uranium exploration
company.
Ken Lapierre, P.Geo. President, C.E.O. and Director
Mr. Lapierre has over 25 years experience in the mining
industry. Since graduating from the University of Western Ontario with a
B.Sc., Honors in Geology, Mr. Lapierre has consulted in the junior
mining sector continuously since graduation. He has an excellent track
record in junior mining business and has cofounded and managed several
successful junior mining Companies listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
He has a proven ability in raising venture capital over the past 20
years. He has developed successful partnerships with several major
mining companies on an option/joint venture basis in advancing large
projects in precious and base metals. Ken has worked as exploration and
mine geologist in gold, VMS, PGMs, magmatic nickel-copper deposits and
diamonds. He has been successful as part of a team of scientists that
have specialized in mineral discoveries. Mr. Lapierre is a Fellow of the
Geological Association of Canada and a Professional Geoscientist with
the Association of Professional Geoscientist of Ontario.
Mark Smethurst, M.Sc., P.Geo., VP Exploration
Mark’s extensive fifteen year career in the exploration and
mining business has given him valuable experience in a broad
range of commodities including base and precious metals. Mark
has exceptional knowledge in all geological terrains,
environments, styles of mineralization and deposit types.
William R. Johnstone, LL.B
Corporate Secretary
and Director
Mr. Johnstone, has been a partner at Gardiner Roberts LLP since
February of 2005 practicing in the areas of corporate and
securities law. Prior to that, Mr. Johnstone was the proprietor
of Johnstone & Company, a boutique corporate and securities law
firm, for twelve years. Mr. Johnstone has been practicing law
for 24 years. Mr. Johnstone is a director of Outlook Resources
Inc., Tribute Minerals Inc., Romios Gold Resources Inc.,
Rockcliff Resources Inc., Prelim Capital Inc., Active Control
Technology Inc., all of which are listed on the TSXV and Rencore
Resources Ltd., which is listed on the CNSX
Mike Kindy, C.F.O.
Mr. Kindy, is a Chartered Accountant and a Licensed Public
Accountant. He owns and operates a business and financial
consulting firm through which he provides consulting and
advisory services to a number of companies in a variety of
industries. He is also the proprietor of a public accounting
firm which he has operated since 1995 through which he provides
primarily compilation and income tax services. In addition, Mr.
Kindy is the V.P. Finance and C.F.O of ZTEST Electronics Inc., a
company listed on the TSXV, a position he has held since 1997.
Timothy N. Campbell, Director
Mr. Campbell, is President of Public Company Services Inc. which
provides corporate finance, regulatory compliance and other
management services to junior issuers. Since 1995, Mr. Campbell
has designed and implemented restructuring plans for client
companies in the mining and technology sectors. Mr. Campbell is
the corporate secretary and vice president of Harte Gold Corp.,
a mineral exploration company listed on the TSXV.
Denis Arsenault, CA, Director
Mr. Arsenault, is a Corporate Director. He was C.F.O. of B2Gold
Corp. (formerly Glencairn Gold Corporation) from December 2006
to March 2009. Prior thereto, from June 2001 he was V.P.
Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Orbus Pharma Inc. and
from March 2000, he was Chief Financial Officer of Patent
Enforcement and Royalties Ltd. (now known as Thompson Creek
Metals Inc. (formerly Blue Pearl Mining Ltd.)). Mr. Arsenault is
also a chartered accountant and been a director of a variety of
public and private companies, including Thompson Creek Metals
Company Inc. which is listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and
the New York Stock Exchange, The Endurance Fund Corporation and
Alliance Grain Traders Income Fund (formerly Agtech Income
Fund), which are listed on the TSXV.
Glenn Bowman, FCA Director
Glenn M. Bowman, FCA, is Managing Partner with Capital Canada
Limited (“Capital Canada”), a recognized leader in providing
investment banking services to predominantly mid-market
companies. Mr. Bowman is a Chartered Accountant and a
Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario. |
